I'm Carmen - mental health coach, clinical psychologist, NARM® Master Therapist and certified Systemic Constellations Facilitator.
I specialize in working with adults who have a history of attachment, relational, and developmental trauma, using the NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM) model as primary approach. I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing®, NARM Touch, Systemic Family Constellations, Integrative trauma psychotherapy and several forms of yoga.
I strongly believe that we can only accompany others along paths we have explored ourselves, so alongside my development as therapist, I place great value on the support I receive as a therapy client.
Having settled as a Romanian in the Netherlands nearly 10 years ago, and working with clients from diverse parts of the world, I am sensitive to cultural differences and familiar with the challenges people often face when moving to a new country.
I welcome clients from all cultures and backgrounds, including those with diverse religious or spiritual beliefs and sexual orientations.
I’m fluent in English, Romanian, and corporate jargon, and I’m happily improving my Spanish every day.
