With nearly 18 years of experience working in and for large international organizations - most of which in Talent Management, HR, and Change & Project Management - and a strong background in psychology, Carmen brings both a deep understanding of individual motivations and drivers, as well as extensive knowledge of corporate frameworks and organizational dynamics.
Over the past 13 years, she has coordinated and supported global teams through complex change - from M&As and spinoffs to large-scale restructuring projects and broader organizational transformations.
